One of my all time favorite bands in any musical genre talk about the difference between the hip-hop game today and back when they were coming up in the late 80’s and early 90’s. This video was taken while Quest was on the Rock the Bells tour which, unfortunately, did not make it to the Midwest this year (but that’s a different story).
Ever wonder how cats get their vinyls pressed? Well Invincible and Wajeed did. These two have an upcoming 7” inch vinyl coming out entitled Detroit Summer. Detroit has been coming really hard lately in terms of hip-hop and I can’t wait to hear the vocals over the beat in the background.
